Compensation Plan

The innovative Multigent Compensation Plan is designed to reward Independent Associates with multiple ways to earn commission. They include:

         Permanent Placement Commissions

         Interim Placement Commissions

         Team Placement Commissions

Commissions

Each Associate Role in the staffing process is assigned a Performance Percentage�.  The Performance Percentages are equitably proportioned and 80% of the generated revenues are paid in direct commissions.

Full Time Placement Commissions

The following example is a breakdown of commissions for a permanent placement. $80,000.00 (annual staring salary) x 25% (fee percentage) = $20,000.00 (placement fee) minus 5% ($1000.00) for the �Refer a Friend� program x 80% (commission percentage) = $15,200.00 (associate commission).

Interim Placement Example

The following example is a breakdown of commissions for an interim placement. $60.00 (hourly rate to be paid to the employee) x 100% (mark-up) = $120.00 (bill rate to be paid by the employer). 

After deductions for the �Refer a Friend� program, payroll funding program, payroll burden and employee payout there is $40.09 (generated revenues per hour) available for distribution. For a 40-hour workweek, the following holds true:

Team Placements Example: In addition to earning 80% of your generated revenues, you will also earn directly and indirectly a total of 10% of the generated revenues produced by your seven-team Associate Network.
