After a complaint and an investigation, if you are found to have spammed, we will terminate your team member position. We will remove your Multigent Corporation web page and you will forfeit any earned commissions.

8. It is NOT acceptable to use the Multigent Corporation "Refer Your Friends" system to send messages to anyone other than friends, relatives and acquaintances who you are on a first name basis with.
